Automatic mechanisms

Main features of MindBooster technique are its automation, speed and depth. This primarily became possible due to totally automatic mechanisms – which make allow us to load our brains (subconscious mind) with huge amounts of all-directional and deep work, giving us freedom to spend time on whatever we need to do or want to.

 

Automatic mechanisms are in fact “programs”, which consist of multilevel modules. Usually automatic mechanisms also include so called “links”, which involve handlers in work. In general, we designed automatic mechanisms in a way that it maximizes effectiveness, making one mechanism process as much material as you would work on for months or even years with other tools or techniques. Those mechanisms allow us to not only process huge amounts of mental material, but also to go beyond that. Some of them give results in increased flexibility and effectiveness of behavior. These could be compared to NLP, where we try on ourselves and use different estimated patterns.

        

In fact, there are a lot of automatic mechanisms in MindBooster technique, and all of them are dealing with each and every area of life. They are functionally divided on the following categories:

 

  • Mechanisms with the direct indication of the mental material – effective template, which always gives predictable and stable results

  • Mechanisms with the question template – in this template subconscious emulates us answering different questions and processes answers on a predetermined procedure

  • Mechanisms, which emulate performance of commands – in this template subconscious emulates us performing different commands or actions, processing the results of such commands execution

    

There are dozens of free mechanisms in MindBooster, which you can use for your future independent practice. At the end of our course you will learn all the details and will be able to get great results on your own. Due to the variety and large amount of free mechanisms, there are some important aspects to consider.

                   

There are almost no mechanisms, which you might consider to be “not for you” or not “about you”. You should use all the mechanisms of each template equally if you want to get the greatest results. All of us have enormous quantities of mental material, which is interconnected, branched and consists of many layers, many of which, are hidden at the first sight, so, processing has to be all-dimensional. Exceptions might be only in the face of very specific mechanisms (gender-based, for example). Also, this would be a mistake to think that by launching single mechanism for processing fear or guilt you will eliminate them once and forever. As I mentioned before, our mental material is a very complex and interconnected substance, which has many layers. This means, to eliminate all the fears, for example, we need to perform several approaches from different angles. Yes, the technique is really fast, and in several months you will change dramatically and beyond recognition. However, you were stuffed by all kinds of fears, teachings of others and different useless “trash” for many years throughout your life, so to get real results you will need to perform a real work. However, the fact that technique is totally automatic compensates everything and makes it possible to perform total processing without huge efforts.

                    

Complex and all-dimensional approach leads to an interesting understanding. By getting more and more insights and results, eliminating more and more mental material, problems will be disappearing by themselves without any efforts. At this point, you can begin exploring and eliminating foundations of ego (more on that follows).

 

 

We succeed at this, and in fact, MB allowed us to go beyond all the imaginable and unimaginable borders…

 

For this part of the course, I provide you with three mechanisms of each template:

 

  • I am not guilty” – mechanism, which uses a standard template and processes guilt. In fact, guilt is an eternal companion of each human being, no matter one realizes it or not. Someone suppresses it, someone feels it all the time. This mechanism will “shake” this destructive order.

  • What fear is” – mechanism uses question template and performs a general initial clearing of our fears.

  • Solvent” – this mechanism uses command template and performs its work for 15 days in a background mode. The amount of processed material with this mechanism is simply immense, so do not be surprised if for the first several days, you will have strange sensations in your body and strange dreams, which include scenes from the past. Results of this processing will be visible within several days. Basically, it performs an initial clearing of the past, and we will also address clearing of the past in more detail in the next part of the course.

      

Working with automatic mechanisms is extremely simple. All you need to do is to read a mechanism once from the beginning to an end and launch it with a key word (ex. “I am not guilty START” pronounce aloud or to yourself 1-10 times or until you start yawning). There is no need to reread or re-launch any mechanism anytime in the future, this is going to be a waste of time. Best would be to launch one automatic mechanism per day to avoid overloads.

      

However, before you can move to the practice with automatic mechanisms there is one important theoretical-practical aspect, which I have to describe. So, lets proceed to this aspect, which is called a recoil effect.

 

Recoils

MindBooster is a technique with extremely high speeds of mental material processing and mind clearing. For that reason I have to focus your attention on one issue that can arise during practice, which is called “recoil effect”.

    

Recoils (“kickbacks”) are temporary bodily and psychic reactions on processing mental material, which, in most cases, appear in a form of increased negativity, dismals, fatigue, irritation and many others. In general, we can call it a reaction of our ego on rapid and sudden changes and a feeling of its unwillingness to lose control over our mind.

    

In fact, we noticed that real and tangible changes are not “costless” and can cause some discomfort. However, this is purely logical by many reasons. Remember that every action has an opposite reaction, especially in terms of REAL personal development.

           

The phenomenon of recoils is an integral part of any technique, where the real transformation takes place. However, if you reduce the load of work – the intensity of recoil negative effect will be less. The amount of safe practical load is completely individual, for some launching three automatic mechanisms per day will be painful, for others launching seven will be totally fine. I, personally, was always working at maximum and was launching up to 10 (and more) mechanisms per day. Of course, the next day I felt really sick, helpless and weak. However, I knew what was coming, I was ready and I fully realized what to expect “from myself”. That is why if you are afraid of recoils – don’t rush, work in the rhythm and tact comfortable for you.

               

In general, the variety of recoils is very limited, because EGO is not that smart. Still, some of them may be really confusing and “deceitful” and can bring problems during your practice. At some point, it may even seem that the technique stopped working, even though several days ago you were getting great results. If you stop practicing technique during that recoil effect, in a short period of time you will see that you were tricked by your ego, and results are still present. I, myself, was tricked like this many times, and each time as a first time. By the way, recoils are often the basis to a new and clearer state of awareness. The more intensive the recoil is – the more serious step you make in terms of personal transformation(of course, if you didn’t suddenly stop practicing out of fear). Here is the list of possible conditions that you may face having a recoil effect:

 

  • Anger, irritation (Ego hates losing control)

  • Apathy, everything is meaningless, life is meaningless, depression (your Ego is suffering)

  • The technique stopped working, it never worked, everything I’ve been working on is back to the beginning! (Ego doesn’t want you to continue practicing, so it uses those vile tricks)

  • There is too much mental material, I will never deal with it, it’s too hard (And again, your Ego comes “on the stage”)

  • Increased tendency to generalize (e.g. everyone, nothing, never and etc.)

  • Euphoria, over increased energy (yes, don’t be surprised, there is such kind of recoils, they are not painful, but are temporary “unnatural” states).

  • Physical ailments, malaises (this type of recoil means you have stumbled across something that is related to your physical illnesses; recoil aggravates them, which, however, in most cases leads to an improvement of physical condition, when this recoil effect settles down).

  • Also, there is another type of recoil. During that recoil, you can notice “strange” events that take place in your life, which cannot be analyzed by any logical reasoning. This type of recoil is produced by your intention, and the release of your energy into the world. Try to calm down; excessive emotions only bring unwanted problems.

              

Some people do not have recoils at all. However, I am confident in the fact that one, who is ready for serious work and real changes, will not be desisted by recoils; no matter how intensive they are and could possibly be. You can consider it as challenge for your power of will and inner strength, with one important remark – do not think of it as of a state of a war. A war, whatever it is, is never productive in terms of personal growth. It is only acceptance of your mental material and elimination of it and I know that constant practice will help you on your path.

      

Here are several ways of minimizing the likelihood of recoil:

 

  • Don’t overload yourself with mechanisms. If you launch too many recoil is guaranteed to you. You can get really sick, so that you will not be able to practice for some time. It’s better to move slower, but more stable. Recommendations on the safe practice load will be given in lesson 5.

  • However, if you got a recoil admit that a recoil is nothing more than an illusion. Try to feel, that you are the master of a situation, not ego with its sufferings, but you.  So, your attitude toward recoils should be appropriate – don’t take everything at the face value, continue your practice and you will reach the goal you’re aiming.

  • Sports, walks in fresh air, healthy nutrition really help decrease the likelihood of a recoil effect. In general, the more you care about your body, the easier recoils relief. Due to high speeds of processing, body needs lots of energy. The entire neural web is changing during your work, that’s why additional resources are needed.

      

Remember one thing: “champions never give up, those who give up never become champions”. These negative conditions should not be terrifying for you; don’t be afraid, and don’t let it prevent you from working on yourself, it is rather simple to live through them. I lived through them, many other people did, and none ever regretted about it; so why not give it a shot? Right?

Conclusion

For now, all what is left is to read and launch automatic mechanisms I provided you with. If you are brave enough you can launch all of them at once, however I would recommend to work with one per day to avoid recoil effect.

 

There will be more of them in future, so I don’t see any point to rush. There are two more aspects of MindBooster practice left, before you are totally prepared for using the technique all by yourself. See you in the next part of the course!
