You can not learn to live with traumatic past experiences.

Overcome PTSD, Eliminate influence of past traumatic experiences

Each of us, no matter how “shinny or calm” one’s past was, has traumatic experiences of different types. Here, I am not going to analyze or classify the types of past traumas, but rather explain some specific features of those. The interesting thing about traumas is that they influence us and our behavior all the time, no matter how long ago an episode took place. It happens due to the fact that those episodes are carefully written in all the details in our subconscious part of mind. In fact, those episodes are used to filter our perception and our subconscious uses them to “protect us”, causing negative reactions on the events that look similar to the traumatic ones. Those are totally automatic reactions and it is really hard to control or even notice them. In fact, past emotional traumas can cause health problems and in most cases they are the true reason of illnesses and malaises. They hold our energy and we cannot use this energy for our own goals and purposes. There are many ways to clear/discharge those traumatic episodes and all of them are different. Some cost money, some demand time and lots of work. Some will lead you to clearance; some will never lead you anywhere. Personally, I don’t understand people, who pin hopes on “fluffy” affirmations, like “I am filled with love and light”. Why are they doing that? Are they trying to escape the reality? Or do they think, that by just pronouncing this affirmation it is possible to become someone else, than they really are? Or do they hope to rewrite the past and/or personality with that? I guess it still works for some… However, in my opinion, the best idea is to dig into the reasons and causes and simply clear those out, as well as to take energy back from it. Wise idea is to use subconscious mind and instructions for it, so that it understands what and where to perform clearing. It is much faster, than picking and analyzing those episodes, say, with psychoanalyst. Besides mind clearing, this approach (if using it appropriately) helps to eliminate the borders and barriers, created by our mind under the influence of traumatic episodes. There are many spheres of application of MB. It, eventually, leads to a different quality of life, the one that you never dreamed of.
