Anchor 1

Technique structure

I don’t like the word “theory” and all derivatives like “theoretical, theoretically” and etc., because it is abstract, so I called this part “The Guide”. The guide is something you use to get things done. If you would like to get more information and theory on aspects, principles etc. feel free to make your research. Generally speaking, I don’t like to dive too deep into it, rather than focus on practical aspects (e.g. on what will one get out of it) I would like to note that all parts of the technique form united synchronous effective system. The entire technique is based on work with our subconscious.

 

Let me elaborate on the structure of the technique as a strategy. This technique is a tool for achieving freedom of your mind, getting rid of barriers and limits, integrating powerful features to your personality, healing your mind, and finally transferring to the real unburdened life.

 

3 ASPECTS (essential)

 

Three aspects of the technique are essential in reaching that state of mind:

 

1, Release the past through “processing” of the past. The pivotal moment for those who practice this technique is when the past “ceases to exist”.  It means that you liberate yourself from the burdening past experiences, traumas and negativity, which consume your energy right now. Negative past experiences won’t have emotional charge anymore, meaning that when you will go through and/or recollect it, it will be much alike to looking through the “unbiased” database. This will guarantee you sound mental health and life.

 

2. Clearing mind by eliminating all the limiting beliefs, fears, doubts, regrets. Our mind is filled with those things, which is why most of us do not get as much from life - we just don’t let ourselves to. Mental material in our heads was produced by many factors in our life like past traumatic episodes, social installations, copying and has to be cleared in order to design a new order of life. In order to make this process even more effective, we will be doing the process of merging dualities (opposite concepts) of our mind. The fact, our mind filters perception according labels like “good-bad”, “beautiful-ugly”, “black-white” makes our analytical skills and mental capacity suffer a lot. With dualities we cannot perceive the world as a whole; instead we see it through the prism of all those "labels". That is why this is going to be another important direction of mind clearing process.

 

3. Integration of new whole “YOU” – how much of YOU is YOU, have you ever thought? People tend to overtake different characteristics and personality traits from each other, which happens unknowingly. It is from “cursing” to “chin rub”, from “aggressiveness” to “altruism”. These are simply few examples taken out of context. Moreover, if you expand it to the size of an average human being, you are to come to the conclusion that every person is just a collection of multiple personalities and characteristics of other people. You are not the “whole”, and this aspect of the technique allows you to bring back together this fragmentation of you, and/or integrate anything you want to your personality and character.

 

 

3 PRINCIPLES (to follow)


Three principles to follow no matter what:


1. Practice. Nothing solves by itself. For instance, the “trash” that we have in our minds, does not go away by itself, and I’m not saying that it is going to be easy to dig into it. By at one point you’ll have to. The goal of this technique is to fix yourself up, liberate, move on and enjoy your life. However, you will have to practice.

 

2. Subconscious mind is a handy tool, why not using it. Essentially, all work is transferred to our subconscious mind, and it’s not me speaking right now, but my experience and practical results. However, conscious mind is also important to stay “tuned” on the states we are at, for example “I feel that way because?” so you can transfer specific orders for processing to your subconscious. We order our subconscious to work things out for us and it does. It is interesting to note that eventually subconscious will bring results and insights to your consciousness and you will learn for example the real cause of why you did something or did not (insights might be very surprising).

 

3. Rely on full automation of processing. By using automatic mechanisms for our subconscious, we can be sure that even “while we sleep” our subconscious mind works. It is important to note that not everything is done automatically, but most of the routine tasks will be processed automatically.

 

3 KEY POINTS (to keep in mind)


Three key points to preserve while working with this technique:


1. Accept that you are the cause and you are the case of everything in you and around you. Responsibility is yours. Stop procrastinating with your problems intact. Dig into them, face them, and start working on them, because it is totally pointless to “talk about them”


2. Accept yourself; accept your weak and poor sides as well as strong ones. Find courage within you to face the demons in yourself and to leash them. Be ready to go through everything you have so far.

 

3. Be ready to change dramatically, if you are shy, you will become the least shy person on the street, if your mind is clouded, be ready to embrace pure cleanliness of it. Radical change is not for everyone, so make sure you can face the change, or that you can even start working on a change.

 

Model of subconscious mind

This chapter is devoted to the part in us, called subconscious mind that made possible such deep fast transformations and legitimate results.

 

Scientific progress makes huge steps forward everyday however there is no single opinion or explanation of what subconscious mind exactly is. Some scientists state that it is simply an unconditional part of us, which controls most of the processes in our psychics and physics, some ascribe subconscious divine nature and abilities, comparing it with super-computer. Honestly saying, I don’t have a strict definition of what subconscious is; what I know for sure is that it can be very useful in terms of self-transformation, which is much better in a practical sense than having your mind filled with tons of useless knowledge about that tool.

 

Therefore, I created a model of subconscious mind, which describes its primary functions. Our practice research group proved this model experimentally. Major functional concept here is that subconscious mind is able and it does implement all commands we give it. It is a huge benefit, because by describing our subconscious the changes we want to have, the way we want them and the terms (e.g. timeframe), subconscious performs everything with the greatest dedication. Subconscious in fact creates our personal universe and life on the basis of our implicit or explicit desires, past experiences, fears and so on, by building our perception. If something is rejected/neglected by subconscious, we will be simply unable to grab it with our perception. That is why, you have definitely noticed through your life, where some people can see opportunities; others are simply missing them, even though those opportunities seem obvious. Therefore, here are some postulates of what is subconscious mind in MindBooster technique:

 

  • Subconscious has access to all our memories, emotions, experiences, and this access is instant and immediate. Subconscious has no limitations for getting right information (the one that we point at).

 

  • Subconscious mind is very smart, much smarter than our ordinary mind. It understands all the mechanisms of our functioning (at all levels). I can assume, without any claim to rightness that it operates in the higher dimension.

 

  • Subconscious builds a world around us with the rules that were set into it. Simply saying, it gives us what we want to see, feel and hear. It filters external information and displays it on the conscious level in a way it is taught.

 

  • Subconscious controls most of our automatic responses, traits of behavior and physiological processes.

 

  • Subconscious can listen to certain commands and perform them. Moreover, with that I mean the commands that are related to our personal inner universe. We can tell it what processes we want to be performed (what transformations) and it will execute them right away.

 

  • Resources of the subconscious are boundless. We can load it with work (the work, which would take months for our conscious mind) and it will be finished in hours-days. Subconscious is smart and always finds the most optimal and safest way of commands’ execution.

 

Think for a second of unlimited possibilities for development if you know the right way of communicating with subconscious. That is why technique is based on postulates above. In the technique, we are going to use so called “mechanisms” or programs for subconscious. Those mechanisms are built in a specific way; by using them, we get stable and predictable changes that allow us to overcome many limitations of other personal growth techniques. In addition, the fact that the work is automatic and independent simplifies dramatically our way from practice to results. Details about the mechanisms and ways of using them will be provided later in the corresponding chapter. Now, let’s take a closer look at practical aspects of MB.

Past takes no prisoners (Processing of the past)

Past processing - discharging of any existing past episode or problem, which provokes any kind of negative reaction of mind or body - is one of the most important practices that should be taken into consideration by those who strive for any personal growth and development. I know that no progress in self-improvement is possible without discharging past. Past episodes influence us every day, no matter how long ago an event took place. Those who state that past has no influence on them, who state that they “already forgot something, released it and moved on with their lives” are most probably wrong (unless they have been using special discharging techniques). For instance, if a person tries to dive into some painful memory, recall every detail of it, all the negative sensations and experiences one got during that episode will appear to him/her as if this episode was actually happening at the moment. And in fact, even without diving into an episode it still influences us in our day-to-day life, because it is “written” into and used by our subconscious to filter and analyze information we receive from the “outside”. To understand the importance of past processing (discharging), think of all people that maintain internal (inner) dialogue, which mostly consists of past regrets, unsolved situations or different kinds of interpersonal offences. Most of their attention (concentration) and energy, consciously or unconsciously, is in that inner dialog, and they cannot use the power of the mind to the fullest. 

 

As it was already mentioned, all negative episodes from the past are carefully written in all the details into our subconscious mind, which in turn uses them to build our behavioral traits and the perception of world around us. This makes us react automatically to external stimuli, which reduces our ability to consciously control our actions and emotions. In addition to that, due to the fact our energy and the most part of attention is instantly stuck in the past episodes, our personal effectiveness and self-esteem most often suffers. By processing and clearing past episodes with MindBooster, even ones that you have consciously “forgotten” (with our technique they are also processed), what you do is you are bringing back your natural abilities, such as creativity, power of intention, flexibility, and intuition, that were at some point suppressed. Energy level also grows and body cures from many illnesses and malaises. This is totally natural, because negative past episodes not only leave a mark in our psyche, but also create all kinds of bodily clamps, tensions and disruptions of internal organs functioning. Nowadays, doctors admit that most of the illnesses have psychosomatic nature (are caused by mental factors), and this appears to be very true, once you start working with your mind’s material and past.

 

You will be totally right if you are going to state that processing of the past takes many years of intensive practice and is very hard to perform. However, this can only be attributed to classic techniques and approaches, while it is not an issue of the technique described in this book. In fact, MindBooster allows performing past processing in several weeks (or several months, depending on the level of your laziness or age). After discharging traumatic past episodes, you will not forget anything or erase memories from your mind forever. Past will simply become a record without any emotional coloring, negativity and will stop influencing you, your decisions, actions, perception or analytical skills. For those who might state, that I am totally wrong and there is absolutely no point to work with the past, because it teaches us something, and that it is valuable and so on, I provide the following argument – your ability to think or operate logically, make right decisions, based on your past experiences will not suffer. You will not become a “silly baby” that has no knowledge about the world. Past clearing means that negative emotions, sensations, fears of failure, pain will not take you by surprise, when you face similar (to the past) experiences in your present life. This means you will be able to choose how to react on the external stimuli (or even not to react at all and to stay “calm”). This again, means that you will get a total flexibility, which is highly important for successful and effective functioning in this world. The world around you is never frozen; it is constantly changing, which means you have to be adaptive as well, not being stuck in past automatisms of behavior. This will be our primary goal in processing of the past.

Mind as our cage (Eliminating dualities)

Our mind is not only our useful tool, but is also our cage. I showed you the necessity of past clearing, and now I would like to show you, that this technique goes beyond that. Both conscious and subconscious are filled with not only past episodes in their original form, but also with things past episodes have produced. Under mental material, we also consider the decisions we made, negative lessons and beliefs we have, patterns of behavior we copied, roles we played, fears, regrets, doubts etc. The list can be much longer, but it applies to each and every human being (unless he or she worked on those issues).

 

Most people have problems with self-trust and self-esteem; have negative beliefs of themselves because of that material. Mind is also overfilled with doubts, mistrust, frustration, which makes people think that they do not deserve something. Most of us do not get as much from life just because we don’t let ourselves to. The same applies to personal happiness or love. To uncover our true abilities we need to clear obstructing material, to eliminate what prevents our abilities from manifestation. Have you ever heard of the experiment on fleas? For this experiment, fleas were put into a glass jar. In the beginning of the experiment, they were jumping over the top of this jar and could leave freely. After the jar was covered for a few hours and eventually reopened, fleas became unable to jump over the top and could only jump till the border of the top of the jar. We are biologically very different from fleas; however, this model of behavior is very common to human beings.

 

What we are going to perform is not another form of psychoanalysis, where you would sit and pick problems, endlessly sorting and tasting them (paying huge amounts of money). You can do it your entire life, but never get any notable changes/results. In MindBooster we are not going to taste our problems from all the sides and in all shapes, we will be performing elimination of problems, of their roots and of other related mental material (like fears, regrets, doubts and so on), by making your subconscious performing it in an automatic independent way. The work of the subconscious mind is “all-dimensional” and deep. By saying that I mean, it will search for the roots of problems in the deepest corners of our mind (e.g. early childhood), where it is impossible to reach by the means of traditional methods.

 

Mind makes our automatic behavior, puts labels on everything (“good”, “ugly”, “beautiful”, “naughty”, “acceptable”, unacceptable”, “cool guy”, “badass” etc.), and creates our self-image and personal borders. This also stands out in our communication with other people, because when we meet\know someone, we usually create projection of this person in our mind. Communication becomes fake or at least misleading, due to labeling.

 

There is another feature of our mind I would like to focus on. It is the duality of our mind. In fact, this feature is one of the main filters of our perception. When we perceive an external information it is automatically sorted by dozens of dualities, such as “good-bad”, “wrong-right”, pleasant-unpleasant” and so on. Analytical skills and mental capacity suffer because of that trait. With dualities we cannot perceive the world as a whole; instead we see it through the prism of all those "labels" (by the way, truly enlightened people have no dualities). You see, there is no such thing as dualities in nature. For example, let’s take day and night, which seems to be a perfect example of the opposites/dualities, but in fact it is just a part of one process – 24-hour day. However, our perception influenced by the external makes us think of a day and a night as of the opposites, as duality. Our mind creates rigid illusionary barriers between those concepts taking our energy and mental resources that we are unable to use for our own purposes. In this technique, we deal with dualities as well, and, in fact, the process of elimination of charge between opposites (merging) is very simple.

 

As you can see, our mind is overstuffed with tons of disturbing, negative things, automatisms, mental schemas and all our new experiences are built on the basis of those things. That is why the best way for any personal growth is to deal with those things first, which will lead you to a totally new and different order of life.

How much of you is you. Definitive consolidation. (Integration of new “YOU”)

Personality of an average human being is highly fragmented and includes huge amount of traits, sometimes even mutually exclusive. Our behavior encompasses infinite amount of automatic models, which we collect throughout our life by copying others, reading “clever” books that teach us how to live and what to do, watching movies about heroes and villains, trying on ourselves their images. Vivid demonstration could be the fact that an average human being behaves differently with different people, without even consciously realizing it. For example, in many cultures rich and powerful people get respect and even worship, while poor people get nothing, but contempt. I am not pointing at anyone here. However, in many cases this is an ugly truth. Today it is fine to change behavior according to the context of the situation. You could notice that many people have different models of behavior and communication with their parents, friends, bosses etc. It would be normal, if that behavior was changed consciously, controllably, and there was a clear reason for that. This is called control. It is absent in most people, and they are just guided by automatic behaviors, fears, all kinds of limiting beliefs and so on.

 

Thus, we set another goal for our research group and for me: to bring back natural wholeness, get rid of fragmentation and disintegration of personality. That is why we included special modules into each automatic tool in our technique, which performs the consolidation, by merging our scattered personality fragments. As a result, we noticed that inner core started to grow, making our behavior and automatisms more controllable. By bringing back integration we brought back the energy, which was wasted for sustaining all the links of personality fragments. There are many other interesting rewards we get by integrating personality and I could talk about them for decades. Let me leave these future discoveries for you to make.

“Language” of subconscious mind (Mechanisms)

Key operational and practical tools of the technique are mechanisms for subconscious – special modules, programs, which directly describe subconscious mind what we want to achieve, making the work automatized without the need of our direct participation. Subconscious in fact has a record of everything that happened in one’s life; and even more, it knows all the reasons and roots of our behavior, decisions, beliefs, all the functions, which are written into our mental sphere, into our mind. Also, subconscious knows all the mechanisms of our physical functioning. This part of us stores, registers, masters EVERYTHING about us and our being.

 

This is a huge benefit of having such tool, especially when you know how to communicate with your subconscious, making it serve your goals. Mechanisms are instructions that describe subconscious the method and the terms of performing given tasks. Mechanisms are usually applied to problems and other pieces of mental material that we want to eliminate, erase, clean or discharge. Reading a mechanism for subconscious we “install it”, once and forever. There is no need to reread them, because subconscious is advanced, smart and remembers everything in the smallest details. To use an installed mechanism, you simply pronounce a trigger word, which communicates subconscious to start working by “the scheme you provided to it before”. Thus, when a problem is located (traced) by our attention or verbalized, you simply pronounce aloud or to yourself this trigger word and subconscious mind starts its work in the “background mode” as our devoted servant. You might get worried that you can forget the contents of the mechanism, but I want to reassure that your subconscious mind is much more powerful than you think, and remembers everything in the smallest details, so there is no need to reread and reinstall any mechanism.

 

All mechanisms in MindBooster technique are divided into two main functional categories: “Handlers” and Automatic mechanisms.

 

Handlers are base mechanisms for subconscious mind. Handlers are instructions on how to deal with certain types of issues. In this book, we are going to use three handlers for our practice: handler “Merge” for the dualities of mind, handler “Base Processor” for any types of problems/episodes and handler “Auto-Castaneda” for processing mental material related to people or any other beings. Again, mechanisms describe subconscious the changes to be performed, the terms and the result to achieve.

 

Automatic mechanisms are “programs”, which consist of multilevel modules. Development and creation of those mechanisms was a real breakthrough for us, as they allowed us to load subconscious mind with complex multidimensional processing tasks; not of single problem, but tasks with multiple layers of problems. For example, setting some problem for processing, an automatic mechanism processes all the past negative episodes related to this problem, people related to this problem, decisions we’ve made on the basis of this problem, all possible and real future consequences of this problem, beliefs related to this problem and so on. Automatic mechanisms also include so called “links”, which involve handlers in work. In general, we designed automatic mechanisms the way, which maximizes effectiveness so that one mechanism processes as much material as you would work on for months or even years with other tools or techniques.

 

Automatic mechanisms are also categorized according their functions. There are 3 main templates and each was carefully designed and tested by our research group. I will dive deeper into those in the second part of this book. We will get to the practice very soon, everything what I described above will be shown step-by-step, so to say “hands-on”. However, I would like to warn you and “put you on guard” - due to extremely high speeds of processing, there are some “secondary effects”. These are relevant to our technique and should be taken into serious consideration. Next chapter will explain this phenomenon.

There’s no smoke without fire (Recoils)

Recoils (“kickbacks”) are temporary bodily and psychic reactions on processing mental material, which, in most cases, appear in a form of increased negativity, dismals, fatigue, irritation and many others. In general, we can call it a reaction of our ego on rapid and sudden changes and a feeling of its unwillingness to lose control over our mind. We noticed that real and tangible changes are not “costless” and can cause some discomfort. However, this is purely logical by many reasons. Remember that every action has an opposite reaction, especially in terms of personal development.

 

At this point, you have to realize and keep in mind one crucial thing: recoils are not produced by the technique itself; these are the result of transformation and clearing. I mean that recoils do not appear because of the technique or any external factor that produces them. Recoils appear because your mental material is “boiling out and vaporizes”. This means, recoils consist of “stuff-trash” that your mind have been hiding and suppressing, so it surfaces revealing its true face. It is important to note that recoils are temporary effects. First, when you will advance in clearing mental material, recoils will become less intensive. Second, sometimes it is hard to evaluate your progress due to recoil effect, but once it is over and you “lived through it”, you will find yourself in a new, refreshed and more effective state.

 

In general, the phenomenon of recoils is an integral part of any technique, where the real transformation takes place. However, if you reduce the load of work – the intensity of recoil negative effect will be less. The amount of safe practical load is completely individual, for some launching three automatic mechanisms per day will be painful, for others launching seven will be totally fine. I, personally, was always working at maximum and was launching up to 10 (and more) mechanisms per day. Of course, the next day I felt really sick, helpless and weak. However, I knew what was coming, I was ready and fully realized what to expect “from myself”. That is why if you are afraid of recoils – don’t rush, work in the rhythm and tact comfortable for you.

 

In general, the variety of recoils is very limited, because EGO is not that smart. Still, some of them may be really confusing and “deceitful” and can bring problems during your practice. At some point, it may even seem that the technique stopped working, even though several days ago you were getting great results. If you stop practicing technique during that recoil effect, in a short period of time you will see that you were tricked by your ego, and results are still present. I, myself, was tricked like this many times, and each time as a first time. By the way, recoils are often the basis to a new and clearer state of awareness. The more intensive the recoil is – the more serious step you make in your practice (of course, if you didn’t suddenly stop practicing out of fear). Here is the list of possible conditions that you may face having a recoil effect:

 

  • Anger, irritation (Ego hates losing control)

  • Apathy, everything is meaningless, life is meaningless, depression (your Ego is suffering)

  • The technique stopped working, it never worked, everything I’ve been working on is back to the beginning! (Ego doesn’t want you to continue practicing, so it uses those vile tricks)

  • There is too much mental material, I will never deal with it, it’s too hard (And again, your Ego comes “on the stage”)

  • Increased tendency to generalize (e.g. everyone, nothing, never and etc.)

  • Euphoria, abnormally increased energy/hyperactivity (yes, don’t be surprised, there is such kind of recoils, they are not painful, but are temporary and “unnatural” states).

  • Physical ailments, malaises (this type of recoil means you have stumbled across something that is related to your physical illnesses; recoil aggravates them, which, however, in most cases leads to an improvement of physical condition, when this recoil effect settles down).

  • Also, there is another type of recoil. During that recoil, you can notice that “strange” events start to take place in your life, which cannot be analyzed by any logical reasoning. This type of recoil is produced by your power of intention (which usually becomes stronger with practice). If you got into such condition try to calm down; excessive emotions can only bring unwanted problems.

 

There is another important point you should understand and keep in mind – recoils do not reflect your real face and nature. Those are just illusions of you ego, mental material, that was integrated into you and accepted by you. However, those things do not reflect the reality and generally suppress our true abilities. So, your attitude toward recoils should be appropriate – don’t take everything at the face value, continue your practice and you will reach the goal you’re aiming. In fact, each average person is constantly having a recoil effect, because almost everyone is stuck in the illusions created by ego. There is a lot of suppressed negativity, irritation, anxiety and fake limiting borders around. Eventually in most cases this suppression leads to explosion, which comes in form of mental breakdowns, conflicts, scandals and hysteria. In our society these explosions are treated as something normal or something that is inherent in every person. However, people usually lack awareness or working techniques to understand that real reasons are in their minds and can be eliminated. Again, I am not picking at anyone; I am just describing an overall picture. I think, there is no point to cover all that stuff with fake positive thinking and affirmations, it is much better and healthier to finally do something with it. And you, personally, will be taking an action to change this “order” – order of “simple” life in illusions. Remember the statement: “if you want to make the world a better place, you should start with yourself”? Consider that.

 

Also, recoils show you the real “picture”, so to say an insight on illusionary contents of your mind. When you worked through (processed) something, things that were hidden from your attention and conscious understanding will start showing their face, because the material that was carefully “masking” and hiding them is being erased. The technique is built in a way that you are able to clear all that to the point when no mental material is left, bringing you to a state of total Awareness. That is why, when you are in a recoil state it is a great opportunity for you to process all that material, by diving deeper into every corner of your mind (instructions on that will be provided later in this book).

 

Recoils are the integral part of personal growth, and it is hard to avoid this effect completely. However, these negative conditions should not be terrifying for you; don’t be afraid, and don’t let it prevent you from working on yourself, it is rather simple to live through them. I lived through them, many other people did, and none ever regretted about it; so why not? Right?

 

I am confident about the fact that one, who is ready for serious work and real changes, will not be desisted by recoils; no matter how intensive they are and could possibly be. You can consider it as challenge for your power of will and inner strength, with one important remark – do not think of it as of a state of a war. A war, whatever it is, is never productive in terms of personal growth. It is only acceptance of your mental material and working on it will help you on your path.

Also, do not forget to take care of your physical body and its condition. Needless to say that a healthy nutrition (especially vitamins B, C, E, D) and physical exercises are crucial for “loaded” (with work) brain. Drink more liquid, as your body needs additional resources for performing your transformation. Walking outside on the fresh air is also very helpful for harmonizing your perception and inner state.

 

So, once again, any recoil is fake, it is an illusion created by your mind, by your ego. Your ego has only one purpose - to prevent you from practicing and leave things as they are. Here, I would like to provide one statement: “champions never give up, while those who give up never become champions”. You have a chance to change your life and perform total transformation; don’t miss it by being fooled by your ego. Let accurate and consistent practice, as well as your desire to reach total awareness, be your good companions.

Jumping down the Rabbit Hole (Mind clearance)

Mind clearance – is an important basis of the technique that follows from the general technique structure. This is due to the conclusion my research group and I came to – the volume of so-called “trash” in every human being’s mind is unimaginable, or beyond one’s comprehension, until one start diving into it and working on it. The level it affects one’s life is critical.

 

Average human mind contains huge amounts of pain, disappointments, doubts, concerns, disbeliefs, misleading conclusions, views and ideas, unfounded skepticism, blame, fears, hatred, contradictions, offences, which were generously transferred from society (from one’s parents to mass media).

 

MindBooster will allow you to get ultimate control of your mind by disposing of that mental “terror”. By accumulating fears, misbeliefs and misleading knowledge we doom our mind to be overloaded with unnecessary information and processes, thus limiting our perception, as there is no room for something radically new.

 

It is important to elaborate on some concrete changes and transformations that are happening to a person who practices MindBooster.

 

MindBooster, primarily, was developed as a “clearing” technique. This means that in case constant practice and work with the technique your problems, illusions, fears, automatisms, unsolved situations will be eliminated. This does not mean that you will become a “green plant” (that only needs sunshine and water) or someone dull, who cares about nothing. Your freedom of choice, action and expression will be ultimate. You will eventually notice that neither external events nor negativity (stimuli) are able to control/affect your decisions and inner state. Instead, you will learn to solve problems and different kinds of situations maximally effectively, without any inner struggling or trembling. Some “spiritual gurus” call this state “being in a flow”, for me it is a simple integration and direct communication with the world. In addition to that, negative character traits disappear, such as laziness, low self-esteem, selfishness, timidity, aggressiveness, inadequacy and so on. Interestingly, that no large efforts are needed for that, all that happens by itself, naturally. Also, your mind capabilities are going to become greater, sharper. You get it because by clearing your mind you become so to say “lighter”. That is why for analyzing or processing some information you will not have to strain your brain and “put on serious and tense face”. Mental processes are going to be performed much easier, faster and will become more controllable.

 

You see, clearing mind is not intended to give you any “new and amazing” abilities directly. Human being is a powerful creature with all kind of hidden or suppressed abilities and skills; in most cases, we make ourselves miserable. “We either make ourselves miserable, or we make ourselves strong. The amount of work is the same.” - Carlos Castaneda. In fact, we don’t need to force ourselves to develop any new skills, as they already naturally present in us, but are suppressed or forgotten. For example, if you have communication problems, afraid to talk to others, or think that you are a bad public speaker, processing these problems with MindBooster will lead you to interesting results, i.e. you will develop not only better communication skills, but also an ability to use different roles and styles of communication absolutely freely.

 

The importance of your mind being “light” applies to the power of intention as well. For me, it is very strange to see how people, who never did clearing of mind and are overfilled with disturbing mental material, are trying to use visualizations and power of intention. I am really amused seeing catchy offers on the web of how to manifest and attract things with help of just several free (and of course some paid) seminars or webinars. People are fed up with false promises of a better reality, of a magic pill, by different “gurus”, who look neat and successful. However, I know that without dealing with the inner world, with your inner reality, with everything that is preventing your natural abilities from manifestation, you will not be able to attract things in your live with a permanent success. Most probably, a “power of attraction technique guru” will tell you that you have to practice more and eventually you will succeed. However, I learned that there is no point to develop power of intention and attraction, learn it or practice it (and especially cherish this idea), because clearing mind from preventing material is the way that actually made a huge difference for me.

 

If you are familiar with Carlos Castaneda, one interesting practice should come to your mind – “so-called” termination of the inner dialogue. Along with some other techniques, this one is considered a key to “magic”. Do not perceive word “magic” literally here, as we are not “in the school of wizards”. My point here is: by clearing mind, inner dialogue becomes less intensive until it is fully or partially stopped (by “partially” I mean the point, when it is highly controllable and can be stopped at any moment). That is why your power of intention (attraction/manifestation) becomes stronger, focused, concentrated, not scattered and torn by chaotic mind, overfilled with thoughts and contradicting desires.

 

When mind becomes clear, transparent and controllable we can think of a true flexibility of behavior and natural use of intuition. On your way to this state one interesting effect will be happening – the feeling of your “emptiness”, which with a span of time, turns into the feeling of your wholeness and integration. In the beginning, the feeling of emptiness can be confusing, because you will be losing your old “egoistic” motivators (even deepest and unconscious) and different things that your mind got used to, like negativity, automatic patterns of behavior etc. In fact, those things take most of the operational memory of your mind, and when you eliminate them, you start to feel empty. However, there is nothing painful or bad about this type of “emptiness” (it’s not loneliness, which, is also a piece of mental trash, by the way, that can be easily eliminated, making you totally self-sufficient), when you get used to it, it becomes really comfortable and natural. Along with this feeling of emptiness, you will be getting a feeling that your inner core (your wholeness) starts to grow. You will feel that this core is the place of calmness and concentration, no matter what is happening. It grows simply because MindBooster tools perform an integration of personality, which was described before.

 

The changes you will be getting will also affect your relationships with people. As I told before, those who practice MindBooster note that they become much more confident and self-sufficient. They stop paying too much attention to what others think of them or tell them. This inner confidence will make you totally independent from the views and expectations of people around you. However, you have to be ready to accept the fact that probably your circle of friends and social surrounding is going to change. People, who usually whine and complain, will hardly interest you. In most cases, those who practice MB start to communicate with successful, positive and interesting people more (not those who pretend or try to seem positive). In general, you will find that it is both comfortable for you to be alone or to be with someone. Loneliness will not be as scary anymore (I do not mean here that you are going to become an “outcast or hermit and head over to the cave in Tibet”), you will simply be able to feel comfortable with yourself for as long as it takes.

 

Those are many other interesting “perks” of MindBooster technique, however, I want to note, that starting a practice for getting these alone, will be a huge mistake. Your primary intention should be to make your mind totally clear, get rid of all the trash and to obtain ultimate Freedom. Yes, I mean it, you have to want, desire, and strive for this Freedom. With MindBooster it is possible to get it within a short period of time (in comparison with other personal development techniques). However, I would like to warn you, some transformations can be hard and painful (primarily due to high speeds of work). Also, not everyone is able to go through fears, traumas, pain, just as not everyone can accept or see the real problems inside.

 

To conclude, I want to state that MB technique is omnidirectional and it “touches” every life aspect. You can try to eliminate and solve some isolated problems, episodes, limiting beliefs, negativity, but from our experience, we can conclude, that the greatest results are achieved, when one is aiming at the total transformation in every and each life aspect.
