FIRST TO SAY
Through busy streets and usual noise,
That endless rush that makes you fall,
You’ll hear and cherish sacred voice
Of the musician in your soul
And he will play and touch the strings
So deep inside, that burns within.
You’ll understand that world’s complex
That everything’s much more, than it just seems
That all the things and all the objects
Are parts of system that works and gleams;
Like singing birds and mighty trees,
And crushing wave and bubbling sea foam,
Like sweetest honey and yellow bees
Are part of one, as day and dawn;
Those just a few in endless world, however
You might simply miss it; the life is spent –
The unity stays here forever
It’s world’s beginning and its end
But those, who’ll listen closely to that voice,
Keep unity and balance, against all odds
Will have to dare to make the choice,
To live in freedom or drawn in comfortable frauds
The choice is yours – the coin is flipped
Your life is far from someone’s script,
The treasure’s near – it’s right inside
The only lock is in your mind.
If you came across this book, it means that you can be anyone, of any gender, of any nationality, of any religion, of any social status; however, I assume that you are at some point concerned about your own personal development. On the other hand, you might be simply searching for a way to solve some personal issues of yours, heal your mind or body, or develop new abilities. I don’t know, the reasons are individually yours, so let’s leave it that way. Anyway, today it is really hard to find and filter something valuable, especially solid and simply working technique that will give anything, but catchy offers like “how to improve oneself quickly, heal declining mental state, “keys” to attract success, love, money, or how to become happy within the length of several seminars or after reading some book, which would describe a “secret” knowledge that was already here for centuries, and would “make things better” for sure”. However, in most cases, those offers, approaches and practices are empty, useless and by using them, you simply waste your time and remain in the same state, without any significant progress. Some people start blaming themselves, thinking they are weak and that they have no willpower to change, and sometimes even give up personal development forever.
The approach you will find here is different from most traditional and non-traditional methods that exist today. First of all, you won’t see much philosophy in this book and no one is going to make you believe in some kind of “divine-sacral knowledge” or make you think positively, hoping for a better tomorrow. No, in this book I provide a tool; The tool, which in case you use it correctly, will open your eyes on reality as it is, improve your self-perception and uncover hidden or suppressed abilities. It is a tool specifically for individual usage with your own personal “material”; if you can’t work on your own, if you are not self-reliant, not ready for independent work or need a teacher, or trainer – think twice before using this technique. There will be no support, no help, no coaching, nothing. You will be working on your own, with your own personal material, no one can do that for you, keep that in mind; I am not going to stuff your brain with any additional beliefs, views, mental schemas or any other useless descriptions of this reality. You will simply take a ready tool and change yourself, as well as the world around you the way you want it.
The technique, which is called MindBooster utilizes progressive view on self-development and personal growth. However, I want to note that I have never had teachers, gurus and never got sacral knowledge of the universe. This book reflects my personal experience and experiences of others, those, who were the first ones to adjust, refine and practice technique, and of course our findings and achievements. The main objective here is basically to describe and provide you with a tool, which gave me and hundreds other people considerably tangible and fast results, radically distinguishing MB from others.
In the past, I have practiced personal growth a lot, and I have tried many different techniques and approaches. In this book, I am not going to pursue anyone to follow me. The technique described here is a tool and I am a mediator between you and MindBooster technique. At this point, one should answer honestly, consciously – Do you need real change or are you just excited about such possibility?
Introduction
MindBooster is purely practical technique, which means that if you practice - you get results, if you don’t - this technique will give you nothing. There is not much theory, because it is usually useless for any personal progress. However, the good news is that this technique gives solid, tangible and measurable changes on many levels of being. I could even call it a personal growth technique for lazy ones; with the least efforts, you get the greatest results. It is like 80-20 Pareto rule, where for 20% of your effort you get 80% of results.
There won’t be many abstract terms in this book, and absolutely no abstract techniques, where you remain blind to see when to expect results and what are those going to be. However, this path is not for moaners or people of “theory”, it is for those, who are ready to take action and change the habitual order of life. If you prefer to blame the world (everything around you) in each problem you face, claiming that the world/life is unfair to you, moan about hardships and burdens endlessly, then be it, it’s more comfortable for you to live like that, keep doing nothing about yourself and your life. However, if you understand that there is a room for change, improvement and growth, you can dig deep into your personality and perform necessary changes and improvements with simple tools from the inside. You won’t need any special knowledge or skills for practicing MindBooster. All you need is your mind and desire to change, no matter what you have studied or tried before. If you decide to use this technique, in a short span of time you will see that you also do not need teachers, coaches, motivational speakers or any other sweet-talking “smartasses”, because you will be able to solve your problems and improve 360 degrees on your own.
I want to note, that we are not going to use visualizations, affirmations or any “divine prayers”. I am also not going to make you “punish” and torment yourself with cold shower or impose rightness of waking up at 5 am to practice yoga. Our approach will be totally different from what people, who have ever studied self-development, may be used to. However, in order to use it you need to be mentally ready, because it is going to test your persistence and soberness of the mind.
Before we proceed any further, I would like to warn you, and put you in sort of agreement with yourself. This technique will work for you only :
1. If you agree that you are both, the “shortage” and you are the “source” of anything you need.
2. If you are at the point right now, when you have finally realized that you are the reason and the cause of every single thing in your life. Both good and bad. Yes, good and bad. You are the reason of your problems, troubles, worries as well as your successes, achievements and happiness.
3. If you agree that your experiences, beliefs, views, opinions in many cases may be your worst enemies, as we tend to have “one-way” type of learning, meaning that we classify and perceive things as either, good or bad, black or white, right or wrong, consequently, “one-way” perception dominates and manipulates opportunistic behavior, freedom of choice, freedom of emotions, behaviors, freedom of entire life. Poor experiences prevent you from possible success in those life areas, for example.
4. If you understand that you are overloaded with contradictions that were imposed on you, yes, imposed, with weak or even without any “perceptional filtering applied”, sometimes unwillingly and even “resistantly”, in addition, those were supported with your own circumstances and experiences. However, you finally realized that you have to do something about it.
5. If you agree that you need better self-awareness, than one that you have right now. You understand that most often you don’t realize your real motives, real emotions, real aims and goals, real reasons of your behavior and actions, thus unconsciously you are not performing in every life area at your highest potential.
6. If you have strong desire to feel that Ultimate Freedom, keep it, and live it. However, at the same time you have accepted deep inside that Ultimate Freedom comes from within, NOT from external pleasures, circumstances or conditions!
7. If you can’t leave your fears, negative experiences, complexes and traumas behind anymore. If you have “burning” need to deal with those problems, because at one point, you understand that there is going to be no enough space in the “closet” and it’s going to get too heavy to carry.
If you are ready to go through EVERY SINGLE skeleton, dark secret and ugly truth, generally speaking – trash that is inside you, that makes you feel anxious, depressed, uncomfortable, tense and awkward. If you accept that problem just exists, it is what it is, nothing more and no less, it is in your mind; and you do not put that trash aside, you do not “moan”, you eliminate each and every piece of it, without hesitation, thus clearing your path towards Ultimate Freedom. If you feel that, it is time for you to do something now, not at some “never happening” point in the future..
If you agree with those points, you will succeed practicing MindBooster. In my opinion, it is the best mood to start practice. Don’t worry; we are not going to get blood out of a stone or move mountains, reaffirming points above as a motivation, however, these are crucial points for any development. The work will be much more delicate and simple, even if it requires full responsibility and seriousness.
If you don’t agree and doubt credibility of this perspective – you are true example of each point mentioned above. You might be satisfied with your current “state of things” and there is no point in wasting your time with MB.
Are you still here? Good, let’s continue…
Roots of the technique
For me, personal development was a subject of a profound interest for the last 9 years. This was an interesting and fascinating game, with lots of “findings” and “insightful experiences”. However, the problem was that the average state (psychological and spiritual) wasn’t changing, and eventually everything was returning to the start point. Reminders, so called “anchors of initial state of mind” held the ship of my personal development from sailing. The only thing that remained after those techniques was a baggage of useless knowledge and concepts that I perceived to be very valuable at that time. In general, life wasn’t becoming any way simpler in practical sense. I decided that I would leave theory part for the internet to chew on, and measure results only in a practical way; answering question – Do I really feel better after all that work? There were ups and downs, problems, neuroses, in other words just an ordinary human being’s life, who never thought of personal development or personal growth. This gave me an understanding that no change is possible without working with my inner world, my past and my personality. Because to change something for sure one will have to go through all of one’s fears, limiting beliefs and so called “illusions” – dreamed up by oneself or taken from other people.
After all those 9 years, in retrospect, I was wondering why nothing in fact has changed, why my inner state remained the same. I was practicing affirmations, meditations, visualizations, self-hypnosis on every day basis and, in general, I really wanted to force change. Failures with multiple techniques led me to the point of revision of what I’ve ended up with. Traumatic past episodes, negative emotions and limiting beliefs are just a few that are destructive for everyone. In fact, it contaminated every human being so no growth/development is possible until we perform extensive cleaning of our minds. Techniques like positive thinking, affirmations, self-hypnosis and meditations do not deal with the roots of the events and negative experiences in our lives, most often they have one goal – to shift our personality and perception to a more productive and effective state of being and mind accordingly. However, if you don’t deal with the reasons, the roots of your behavior, automatisms, negativity of perception, with the “core” for goodness' sake, it is not possible to make a significant shift in a long run. Imagine that your fears, guilt, past injuries, self-esteem problems and so on are a pile of trash. By using affirmations or positive thinking to deal with it, for instance, we basically cover that pile of trash with a beautiful handmade blanket. Answer yourself one question: Does this trash cease to exist under the blanket? Certainly not (if you aren’t magician).
Yet, there are techniques that deal with the roots of our perception, behavior and automatisms. By using them, you heal your mind and body by unloading your mind from all traumatic episodes of the past, limiting perception, and negativity. Clearing all that makes you free to do anything and allows you to master your behavior, emotions and therefore destiny. Positive attitude toward life, openness to new experiences, power of intention are just natural secondary effects of those practices. I’ve done such techniques like, Dianetics, Recapitulation, Acupuncture point tapping, and some others. When I started applying them, I noticed some serious progress and finally something started to change in my life. I worked hard, however, there was one problem – those practices demanded too much time and dedication. My desire to change was strong enough, as I was spending on average 2-4 hours a day for a few years for performing those techniques. I was getting tired (for example, imagine tapping different acupuncture points on your body with your fingers for 3 hours). The only thought that was persistent in my mind was – to get serious and solid results I will have to practice a lot. I came up with the conclusion that in any technique that I practiced, the major part of work is done by my “subconscious mind”. That was the point when I realized that I have to look for help from within, and that the only way to speed up the work and automate it is to set my subconscious performing it. From that point, I’ve gathered the research group consisting of people like me and started developing a new technique, which was based on my experience and knowledge and, let’s say, laziness (or natural aspiration for progress).
The technique I called “MindBooster” has two key features – extremely high processing speeds and almost total automation. After 8 months of sharp refinement of the technique, I’ve managed to pack the practice time into 15-30 minutes a day. Me and my research group was amazed, because we were getting deep and serious changes so fast, that sometimes we couldn’t believe that this was actually happening. However, by having done huge amount of work with that technique we had to accept the truth – we created something fantastic; the technique that opens door to a new reality was finally found.
