Self-destructive tendencies are present almost in everyone, and it doesn’t matter if one realizes that fact or not. It is crucial to mention that many of those tendencies are carefully hidden and/or masked, because it is really hard to accept consciously the presence of such: first of all it is always hard to accept something “ugly” about one self, and secondly, your ego will resist this acceptance by any means.

This series perfectly harmonizes relationships with the world, with others and, most importantly, with self. In addition, it releases energy resources spent on those self-destructive "tendencies".
