As my team and I faced enormous amount of questions on the way, I have made a decision to prepare a quick walkthrough of the most common ones. Feel free to skim through them; you can skip ones that are none of interest to you.

1. How did you come up with this technique?
Before creating MindBooster I’ve been practicing personal development for 9 years. This was a really interesting hobby for me, but the problem was that going through tons of different books and practicing different techniques didn't give notable changes of the inner psychological (spiritual, whatever...) state. The state of being in a search of the technique, which would combine simplicity and effectiveness, gave me an interesting form of an insight that gave birth to the technique. I realized that the “answer” lies within each individual, the only thing needed was a tool. In addition, accumulated knowledge and practical experience of different techniques helped me “to hit the spot”, to research, develop, adjust and refine MindBooster.
2. What is the main goal of the technique?
The main goal of MindBooster is to perform “mental purification”, restore wholeness of the individual, reach total self-awareness, and to obtain suppressed, “forgotten” or hidden abilities. In short, you will become far more confident, self-aware, self-sufficient, energized, open-minded and self-reliant. In addition, technique brings bank natural wholeness and helps individual start living “here and now”. Technique will desist individual from being a victim (passive state, when individual firmly believes that external events control one’s life and one is totally helpless to change anything).
P.S. This technique is for those, who want and are ready to take total responsibility of their lives, to start changing from within and to transform themselves by facing ones’ demons (all of them). One will eliminate many illusive beliefs, which might be painful, especially in the beginning.
3. I am afraid you are going to hypnotize me, break my brain... I am afraid you are the government/UFO/ secret sect and want to recruit me.
Nowadays, informational noise is so “loud” that we cannot differentiate what is nonsense and what is true. This is the exact way most governments (UFOs, secret sects, who want to eat and suck out your brain, whatever...) control and manipulate people. I would like to tell one thing – start living here and now, don't think of the idiotic things, which do only complicate life; be yourself, learn to build your own opinion and everything will be fine. MindBooster technique will help one to process stupid beliefs very fast, and eventually one will understand true nature of those.
One more thing, I am not making or pursuing anyone to practice. If one needs changes – one could try to get them. If you want to live in fear – live, as it is, I guess, more comfortable for you.
4. I do not yawn, when I pronounce trigger words.
Some people do not yawn. In one out of the ten cases, practitioner won’t feel the exact launch of the mechanism. However, in a day or two one will notice performed work, changes and results. This usually refers to people, who have suppressed emotions or who are not able to communicate with their subconscious well. However, it is more an exception than a rule, what is more important here is to “listen” to your mind and body.
5. What are the guarantees?
People like the fact of guarantees’ presence. I could certainly state that, however, I am not going to pursue anyone. I will speak facts - the technique has helped many people in various ways. I know that the technique works, people, who tried it, know that it works. That is all I can tell. In addition, there is an “Initial stage” in this book, which one can try out and make a decision if one is interested in MB technique or not.
6. How much time do I need to “feel” the changes?
Usually people “feel” changes on the first/second day of practice. In a week, you will get noticeable and solid “shifts” in your state. However, the timeframe to get complex transformations is highly individual.
7. Looks like a shortcut… Too fantastic…
Today's technological advancements, from slimmest iPads to brain-computer interfaces (BCIs, mind impulses as a method of input) is sometimes close to “magic”. We are moving forward constantly. “The progress” is what distinguishes humans from other beings. Therefore, I don't understand why advancement (breakthrough) in terms of working with the personality can cause doubts. Yes, it looks like “a shortcut” and in some sense, it is. It is “a shortcut” because there is no need to spend years doing meditations, energy practices, psychological sessions, auditing, and visiting endless trainings. You take a problem and you solve it. Why not take a simple and reasonably fast method and use it? Decades ago, people were using pigeons for mail, today we use internet (drones etc.). That is a difference.
8. Is the method scientifically proven?
Some methods and concepts, that the technique is based on, are scientifically proven. We used a lot of secondary data, researched principles, and tested effectiveness, thus, you can make your own conclusion.
9. Can I use the technique to develop supernatural abilities (telekinesis, telepathy, extrasensory perception, psychic reading etc.)?
The technique has no goal to develop such abilities. In addition, an ordinary human being has a lot of mental material related to such.
However, by working on limiting mental material, “supernatural” abilities can develop naturally, without any special exercises. However, by the time you have them, you might not want them anymore.
10. I like the technique, but you state that it is obligatory to get rid of all beliefs to get total freedom. What if I want to leave some of them, because they seem very useful to me?
You can start practicing and leave the ones you consider important to you. Yes, you will be getting results; your life will change and so on. However, the problem is, this approach is not constructive in its nature. It would be best to use technique, when you are ready for the total Freedom and transformation. At some point, your beliefs will be holding you back and keep you from moving forward and this will create a very painful dissonance.
11. Do you consider MindBooster technique to be the best and the only way to get freedom and transformation?
No, I don’t consider it to be the only way of “getting there”. It has certain goals, and certain tools to reach those goals. For some it may be comfortable and very useful, for others this approach could be completely unacceptable. Those who play with their mentality, search for “sacral knowledge” will pass MindBooster technique by (unless they got tired of all that endless sorting and overthinking of their mental material). In addition, it is not the only way to get ultimate Freedom, there are other ways, and the main difference lies in simplicity and personal preferences.
12. Will I become a “dummy” that has no emotions, desires, goals?
First of all, emotions will stop being automatic and you will learn to control your inner psychological state at the highest level. Secondly, are you sure, that the goals you have right now are your innate goals? Is it what you want is really what you want? In fact, society dictates what should we want and what goals should we have. Because of that, each of us is participating in some kind of mandatory “rat races” all the time. Most probably, many of your illusionary desires cease to exist. This doesn’t mean that you won’t be able to take something you want from your life freely. Paradoxically, but when you don’t want something (want = strong desires, emotional involvement and suffering without the object or anything) and you are neutral to it you get what you need easily. Let’s call it the “law of the universe”. However, this approach excludes the possibility of “cheating” – eliminating desires to get something; this doesn’t work that way.
13. Such methods are wrong and evil. It is pure violence against gentle inner world!
If facing and processing problems doesn’t work for you, don’t start. You can practice any other technique. Evil and violence here are very abstract concepts and I don’t think they can be applied to MindBooster technique in any way.
14. What if the technique doesn’t work for me? Is it even possible?
For some it is quite possible, but only in case, if he/she doesn’t want to change. Of course, the technique is automatic, so that you can launch endless amounts of mechanisms, which will perform everything for you. However, subconscious is not stupid, if you have no intention to change, your subconscious will notice that. If you have a desire and you are ready to work, everything will be fine. And yes, even though the technique is automatic you have to be ready to put some effort into practice, you can’t just sit on the couch and wait for a miracle.
Long story short, I didn’t meet people, who didn’t get changes or results at all. If I would have met, it would be a huge exception to a general rule.
15. In general, I like the technique, but I have several personal problems that are very intensive and cannot be processed. What should I do?
Each of us has some “fundamental” problems, majority of those have roots in the early childhood. Still, sooner or later such problems “give up and surrender”. At the point of finding those “fundamental” problems, many practitioners become upset and start searching for the new and more “effective” technique to get things done. However, this is a trap of your ego and there is no single way to solve the problem once and forever with no desire and continuous practice. It can’t be an instant decision to “get over” a strong and painful problem. Apply method of dividing problems into smaller aspects and try once more. Sooner or later problem will surrender.
In addition, the amount of work you put to solve certain problem depends on the tools you use. Mechanisms of the 5rd generation dig much deeper, than mechanisms of the first one.
16. I don’t feel happy, processing is hard and painful. When will I become enlightened?
This is a very common issue for all of those who have started practice. Once people start working with MB, they think that it is a happy simple task, which brings “all-divine” blessings along the way. What does one know of enlightenment? What does one know of total freedom? Most of those who start practice don’t, but still have a lot of beliefs and misleading material related to freedom and enlightenment. Most of those people oversimplify things and assume that they will become “all smiling and happy” at once. First, being always happy and smiling is a form of a psychological disorder (it is unnatural). Second, if one wants a “divine love” he can join some sect, these are always happy to see new faces there.
The fact that one doesn’t feel alright is logical. People are “implanted” with tons of unnecessary knowledge, beliefs, and traumas along life; going through them is, in most cases, painful. In addition, ego doesn’t like that “walkthrough” and it will resist along the way.
By the way, eliminating all the beliefs about enlightenment and, in general, stop search for it is the first step to get there (and, believe me, this is not the end, there are much more interesting things you can get after enlightenment, which is simply one of the steps in practicing our technique).
17. Can I work with any other techniques, while practicing MindBooster?
You can use techniques, which have no goal of implanting with anything, like meditations, yoga, holotropic breathing and so on. If we talk about affirmations, self-hypnosis and any re-programming techniques, I would strongly recommend not to use those, as it would only suppress the progress.
18. What are the negative conditions (recoils)? When will those stop emerging?
Basically speaking, negative conditions are re-stimulations of one’s old traumas. In addition, these are “protectors (defenders)” of one’s ego. When someone starts “shaking the barrel” of the past or negativity, mental material that lies on the very bottom starts to go over the top, causing psychological and sometimes even physical pain. Of course, throughout the progress, negative conditions will become less intensive, so that one can even “start missing” them at some point. Still, you should be careful and shouldn’t abuse with mechanisms, this won’t help to get rid of recoils faster.
19. What about the power of intention? Will I be able to attract what I want?
Each of us, in general, has a chaos of intentions, desires, goals and so on. Let’s take rough and materially-minded example; some guy wants to become rich and to get a new luxury car. Why does he want that? Let’s say he wants to attract people with that car, being liked and respected. You see, the goal turns into a mean. However, why does he want to be liked and respected, why does he suffer lacking of that? Most probably, because this guy is lacking self-confidence (at some areas) and self-sufficiency, thus he assumes that luxury car would fix that. You see, it is a closed circle, a loop. That person could actually have a very strong power of intention; however, those inner hidden desires spoil it.
Once one will get rid of all “counter”-desires, he or she can precisely manage to master the true power of intention
20. What about money and success? Will I start making more money? Will I become socially successful?
If you will get rid of all limiting beliefs, you will start making more, but you won’t be interested in social success. There will be no need in “chasing” appraisals from people around.
21. What about my friends, relatives, close people? Will my circle of friends change?
For some a circle of friends will change, for others it will remain the same. Everything depends on the people you are communicating with. If they are open-minded and interesting people, most probably you will keep communicating with them. It will become hard to communicate with dull and negative people. However, there is no solid pattern here, so consider this question to be “open”.
22. What about my wife/husband/partner? I don’t want to lose him/her.
Don’t worry; you won’t break up, unless you make a choice. I should say that relationships (if people do really match each other) will become even stronger. Communication, emotional closeness, sex will improve, due to openness and clarity of the relationships.
It would be better, of course, to practice together; this can be extremely useful for your relationships, as you will be able to provide support and share experiences with each other along your way. Believe me, no family counselor/psychologist will help you in terms of relationships as MB technique.
23. What about health issues?
We have several series of mechanisms, which works on health issues. We process health on the level of mentality (as I’ve already mentioned in the book) Negative emotions, mental material is written in one’s mind, as well as it does change the structure of one’s cells, DNA. In return, this effect causes illnesses. However, note that you will have to work a lot with general personality issues to make shifts towards the direction of health improvement.
Also, if you have serious health problems, please, don’t ignore the help of professional specialists; don’t dwell on the technique.
24. Do I have to use paid mechanisms? It looks like all what you want is money!
First, process your beliefs about money. For me, it does look more as if you have issues with that. Second, I am not making anyone to buy anything; one can grab as many free automatic mechanisms as he or she wants. Third, development of premium mechanisms took a lot of effort and persistence, as well as many resources, why should I give away those for free?
In addition, as I mentioned in the book, you can try to make own mechanisms.
25. Because of practice, I have strange sensations in the body (brain).
Strange sensations are normal; this is the reaction of your body on processing. There is nothing to be afraid of, as they are totally natural.
