In this section, you will find helpful information on free mechanisms and MB technique in general. We strongly recommend every current or future MB practitioner to go through this section, as in the beginning, everyone who starts practicing has some difficulties at some point. It is not because the technique is too complex or hard to use, but, primarily, because people have a tendency to complicate things (mostly due to the huge amounts of mental material in their heads).

 

The technique is practical, which means practice leads not only to some interesting perks in form of increased abilities, self-esteem, clear perception and etc., but also, it leads to simple and direct understanding of the world around and how things work. (MB technique is not an exception)

Q Do I need to reinstall handler mechanisms?

A – No, you do not have to reinstall handler mechanisms. Just read each handler mechanism once and it will be right at your disposal for as long as you want.

 

Q Do I need to re-read and re-launch any automatic mechanisms?

A – No. There is no need to re-launch or to re-read automatic mechanisms. When automatic mechanism finishes its work, mental material will not regenerate in your head, and you are free to proceed.

 

QHow to work with automatic processors?

A – There are several types of them: those, which work with your lists of mental material (like “Auto-Kicker”), so they have to be re-read and re-launched each time you want to use those, and other processors, which you have to read once, but can re-launch several times (like “Auto-Cleaner”). A detailed instruction for use goes with each automatic processor, so don’t worry, you will not get confused on how to apply them.

 

QWhat if I was distracted while reading the mechanism?

A – Just continue reading from the moment you were distracted at. However, if you were distracted for more than 30 minutes, it should be better to re-read the mechanism one more time from the beginning.

 

QI have strange sensations in my head after I launch mechanisms. Is that ok?

A – Yes, there is nothing special about it. In most cases, there is a feeling as if your head was spinning. In addition, after launching the mechanism inner dialogue weakens for some time. Don’t worry, usually those effects cease in several hours.

 

QWhen I launch mechanism, my subconscious resists and makes me pronounce a “stopper phrase”. What should I do?

A – Those are just silly illusions. No one but you can start and stop the mechanism, all the rest are your “hallucinations”. Usually, after some practice everyone understands that.

 

QHow do I come up with the aspects (mental material) for Auto-Kicker in the most effective way?

A –There are no rigid rules on how to make lists of aspects, and usually this skill comes with practice. I will give just one recommendation – observe yourself during the day, your experiences, emotions, reactions, memories, everything that gets your attention to some extent. If it is possible, write them down in a small notebook or take those notes on your phone, for the sake of recalling them at the end of the day, when you will be prepping your aspects for Auto-Kicker.

 

Also, as I mentioned in the book and the course, try to observe re-stimulations of the mental material, which is processed by automatic mechanisms. For example, if you have launched mechanism related to fear before sleep, the next day you can find yourself experiencing different fears or worries, and those are re-stimulations of mental material. Write down the aspects of those fears and put them into Auto-Kicker. This way your work with MB will be extremely effective and concentrated.

 

However, not every practitioner can grasp those re-stimulations. Some can have recoil effect or feel the processing, but won’t be able to relate it to some concrete “topic” (like fear, as in our example). In this case, just make lists of aspects from the experiences you get during the day.

 

QCan I process my experiences and problems, which arise during the day with “Base Processor” (or premium analogue “Diamond”) “on the go”?

A – Yes, you can, but don’t forget to double-check if any charge is left in those problems by the end of the day. If the charge is still present, divide the problem into aspects and put them into Auto-Kicker (or Auto-Kicker Pro) for deeper processing.

 

QIs there any difference between launching a mechanism aloud or to myself?

A – No, there is absolutely no difference. You can pronounce key phrases with your voice or with your thoughts.

 

QProcessing a problem with “Base Processor” (or a premium analogue “Diamond”) “on the go”, to get rid of anxiety before important meeting, for example, do I have to verbalize the problem, or will it be enough just to draw my attention to the problematic aspect and pronounce “Base Processor” (“Diamond”)?

A – If the problem is simple there is no need to verbalize it. If a problem is complicated (which means the meeting is very important to you and anxiety is very high), it will be better to verbalize and split it into several aspects, because just drawing attention may not give any result. This can look like:

 

  • “I am very scared, because I think they will not like me” – Base Processor/Diamond

  • “I am not prepared well enough for this meeting” – Base Processor/Diamond

  • “People at the meeting are very important and I am nothing” – Base Processor/Diamond

 

Q Do I need to concentrate while reading mechanisms?

A – There is no need to switch off the inner dialogue totally nor to “dive” into the words of some mechanism. When you will learn mechanisms’ templates by heart, there is no need to concentrate on those, just skim through. However, you have to understand the material (aspects, questions, commands) clearly, which are used for processing in every mechanism, just skimming through those will give no result. In other words, you have to understand what you are reading.

 

Don’t worry if you found yourself completely distracted from reading, just get back to the point, where your attention was focused and continue reading.

 

Q How many aspects should I put into Auto-Kicker?

A – Try to write down and put into Auto-Kicker as many aspects of a problem as possible. This way you will not have to get back to this problem again. The number of aspects depends on the problem’s complexity and your skill. My personal recommendation would be at least 50 aspects a day, this way your work will be the most effective and productive in a short run and in a long run.

 

Q I’ve noticed that in the book and in the course you wrote one thing, but “here” you wrote another, you’ve made a mistake here-there-anywhere!!! I found a grammatical, logical mistake!!! Oh God, the technique is inefficient and dangerous because of those!!!

A – If you want to achieve something, Freedom, results, stop tormenting your brains and start working on yourself. Have you tried the initial stage, which is provided in the book or initial course? Did it work for you? Do you want freedom and a better quality of life? Do you want to be more effective? Does finding mistakes or rigorously looking for those help you in any way? MindBooster’s principle of work is not related to the mistakes you found.
 

You should process the reasons of such disturbances, so write down the aspects that bother you, process them with Auto-Kicker and see what happens.

 

Q I am afraid that I will do something wrong and will break my brain.

A – If you are afraid that this technique is not for you, I would like to reassure you that it is impossible to “break” something (especially “brain”) because we have multiple self-protective mechanisms in us. Also, subconscious is your servant and it won’t let any “damage” happen. And finally, no one got hurt by using our mechanisms, even the most scary, experimental, “secret”, hidden behind the “seven seals” and locks (joking :)) mechanisms. That’s why, I guess, if you are not going to hallucinate, seeing illusionary danger, everything is going to be ok.

 

QThe technique stopped working for me! It worked perfectly, but now I feel nothing, what should I do?

A – There is nothing to worry about, almost every practitioner experiences such condition at some point. Just process that material with Auto-Kicker in all the details and continue working. If you are still afraid that MB is not working, process all that with Auto-Kicker one more time, but try using more details for processing. This is just another way of ego defending itself; it passes, don’t worry.

 

QCan mechanisms or technique itself influence external events in my life?

A – Mechanisms or the technique cannot influence any events in your life; but you can. Throughout your practice, the changes will be happening more and more often, thus influencing your external the way you really want it. Your power of intention will be growing and many of your thoughts will become true. So, be careful, especially being in a recoil. If you got one, control your thoughts carefully, because they are often negative.

If you start noticing that some unordinary strange events are happening, process those events and aspects about them with Auto-Kicker, reality around should “calm down”.

 

QI know how to improve your technique; I am very skilled and smart, “Reiki” master, I’ve practiced meditations and yoga for 30 years…

A – Not interested. MB is self-sufficient and complete already. Also, note that we are not interested in anyone’s achievements, degrees, skills, age, proficiency and so on. Everyone who starts using MB is a newbie and a pro at the same time; in the technique, one is equal to another.
